Generally a major credit card or debit card is required to reserve equipment. If you do not have a major credit card we accept checks for the appropriate deposit. We understand that changes do happen and if you must increase or decrease your order we ask that you do so at the earliest possible time. If you must decrease (by 25% or more of the total) or cancel an order the following cancellation charges apply:

If cancelled greater than 30-days prior to event: 10% of the total
If cancelled between 11-30 days prior to event : 25% of the total
If cancelled 10 or fewer days prior to event: 50% of the total

We offer a loss or damage waiver on all equipment which we encourage but do not require as a condition of rental. The cost is 10% of the total rental price. If you choose not to take advantage of this waiver you are responsible for replacement cost plus 25% of the loss or damage to any equipment.
